Roki Sasaki to be posted and made available for MLB teams

The Chiba Lotte Marines announced that they will post RHP Roki Sasaki. (Mark Feinsand on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Sasaki immediately becomes one of the top free agents available this offseason. He posted a 2.02 ERA with 524 strikeouts across 414 2/3 innings in his four seasons with the Marines.
