Andrew Romine went 2-for-3 on Monday night versus the Texas Rangers, and helped support winning pitcher Justin Verlander as the Tigers defeated the Rangers by a score of 7-4. Romine also walked once and scored once. (ESPN)
Fantasy Impact:
Romine has not been a strong fantasy option this season, as he has appeared in 104 games but only has 173 at-bats. However, in the at-bats he has received, Romine has been fairly productive: 15 RBI, 10 stolen bases, and a .316 on-base percentage. While the .266 average is also decent, his power numbers are poor. He has compiled only two home runs and five doubles this year.
