Yankees reliever Scott Effross suffered a setback in his recovery from a Grade 2 left hamstring strain and remains in a "holding pattern," according to Greg Joyce of the New York Post. Effross, who suffered the initial injury Feb. 25, has yet to progress to facing hitters and remains without a timetable. (Greg Joyce)
