Paul Goldschmidt homers, doubles against lefty Thursday

Paul Goldschmidt tallied two extra-base hits for the New York Yankees on Thursday against the Angels, both coming off left-hander Tyler Anderson. He finished the game 2-for-4 with a home run and a double, giving him eight homers and 15 doubles on the year.
Fantasy Impact:
Goldschmidt has posted a 1.252 OPS against left-handed pitching this season, compared to a .647 mark against righties. While manager Aaron Boone said Goldschmidt will not be platooned, he was out of the lineup for the last two games the Yankees faced a right-handed starter. The Orioles are scheduled to start all right-handers this weekend.
