Phil Maton sent to Rangers

The Cardinals have traded reliever Phil Maton to the Rangers in exchange for prospects Mason Molina and Skylar Hales. (Jeff Passan on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
It was widely expected that Maton, a free agent at season's end, would be dealt. The veteran has turned in an excellent 2.35 ERA in 40 appearances for the Cardinals and has postseason experience from his days with the Astros.
