Astros outfielder/designated hitter Yordan Alvarez left Monday's game against the Rangers in the first inning. (Ben Verlander on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Alvarez slipped on home plate attempting to score standing up and needed a trainer's assistance to move just a few feet off the field. Alvarez has appeared in just 48 games this season due to a hand injury, and it appears he could miss more time moving forward with the postseason approaching.
