Oliver Dunn optioned to Triple-A Durham

by David Leisering | Rays Correspondent | Mon, Jun 8th 10:51pm EDT

Oliver Dunn has been optioned to Triple-A Durham by the Tampa Bay Rays. Outfielder Austin Slater was called up and reliever Jonathan Heasley was transferred to the 60-day IL in corresponding moves. (Marc Topkin on X)

Fantasy Impact:

Dunn had just one hit in 11 at bats, but did score four runs in nine games with the Rays this season. He's a career .197 hitter across 157 plate appearances in parts of three seasons at the big league level. Dunn will provide infield depth in the Rays' system and would likely be one of the first players called up should the team get hit with injury bug.
