Keller was activated from the 15-day injured list on July 8 after recovering from right forearm tendinitis, but he returns to the injured list after making just one appearance. He has posted a 4.02 ERA and 1.34 WHIP across 31.1 innings this season. Given that he has a UCL tear, he is likely to miss the remainder of the season. The Phillies recalled Seth Johnson from Triple-A Lehigh Valley to take his spot in the bullpen.
