Tyler Wells allowed no earned runs on one hit and one walk while striking out one over one inning in Friday's win over the Astros.
Fantasy Impact:
After Friday's outing, Wells now has a 2.96 ERA and 1.05 WHIP with a 2-1 record, 9.3 K/9 and a 4.27 K:BB across 36 games. Wells appears to have a fairly firm grip on the Orioles’ closer role for now, with Andrew Kittredge serving as the primary setup man.
