Jesus Luzardo picks up 13th win Tuesday night
by Nate Miller | Phillies Correspondent |
Jesus Luzardo gave up just one run on six hits and one walk while striking out six across 6 2/3 innings in Tuesday's 7-1 win over the Diamondbacks.
Fantasy Impact:
Luzardo turned in another strong outing for the Phillies, improving to 13-5 through 28 starts. The All-Star lefty has allowed two runs or less in five of his last six outings, which has brought his season ERA to just slightly above 3.00. Luzardo's 209 strikeouts currently places him fourth in MLB. He's nothing short of an elite-level hurler for fantasy purposes.
