Hogan Harris shuts door for save in win over Mariners
by Chris Schommer | Athletics Correspondent |
Hogan Harris struck out two batters in a scoreless frame to earn the save in Thursday's 7-4 win over the Mariners.
Fantasy Impact:
Harris continues a strong stretch of late, holding opponents scoreless in nine of his last 10 trips to the mound. The left-hander has offered manager Mark Kotsay one of the more steady options as part of an otherwise underwhelming Athletics bullpen to this point, posting a 3.43 ERA and 1.48 WHIP with 14 saves, 12 holds, and a 12.1 K/9 ratio across 64 appearances.
