Peter Lambert grinds through six in loss to Rays
by Chris Schommer | Astros Correspondent |
Peter Lambert allowed three earned runs on six hits while striking out four over six innings in Saturday's loss to the Rays.
Fantasy Impact:
Lambert continues a strong stretch on the mound of late, allowing two earned runs or less in 10 of his last 13 trips to the mound. The right-hander provides manager Joe Espada with one of the more stable arms as part of an inconsistent Astros rotation, posting a 3.71 ERA and 1.22 WHIP with an 8-9 record and 8.7 K/9 ratio across 26 starts.
