George Soriano sweats out save in 3-1 win
by Chase Davis | Cardinals Correspondent |
George Soriano allowed one hit and two walks while throwing a scoreless frame to earn the save in Sunday's 3-1 win over the White Sox.
Fantasy Impact:
After Sunday's win, Soriano now has a 4.36 ERA and 1.42 WHIP with four saves, eight blown saves and 21 holds across 68 appearances. Riley O'Brien has struggled over the last two months, but this was probably just a mental break for him. Soriano should return to his normal setup role when O'Brien is ready.
