Jose Bautista won't take hometown discount

Jose Bautista, who put up a strong 2015 and a tremendous playoff performance, has stated that "he doesn't believe" in a hometown discount in regards to re-signing with the Blue jays after 2016.
Fantasy Impact:
Bautista will turn 36 after the 2016, so it's likely his best days are behind him. From a fantasy standpoint, the Blue Jays is his most valuable landing spot this offseason, but the disposition to spending from Jays management may mean Bautista plays elsewhere to end his career,
