The three-team trade involving Reds OF Jay Bruce is "dead," according to Buster Olney. The deal had gained traction, but it ended reportedly due to medical concerns. It's not clear which player's medicals caused the deal to hit a snag. (Buster Olney on Twitter)

Michael Saunders was the other notable player named in rumors, so it would seem that the medical issues are likely to stem from he and Bruce. Still, there were said to be prospects in the deal, so any guess is simply that, pure speculation. At this point, it's clear that the Reds want to move Bruce.
