Edwin Encarnacion played through hernia last summer

Toronto Blue Jays 1B/DH Edwin Encarnacion played through a hernia in August-September of last season, and had surgery to repair it in October. This is on top of the finger injury that sapped his power in the closing months. (source)
Fantasy Impact:
Encarnacion was obviously not himself as the season wound down and into the playoffs in October. The good news is he's back to full health and ready to mash in 2016. Draft him as you normally would and bank on 30+ HR and the potential for 100 RBI.
