Chris Sale threw a simulated game on Wednesday. Sale and other White Sox veteran pitchers have been preparing for the season on the team's back fields. (Chicago Tribune)
Fantasy Impact:
Sale has little to prove this spring coming out of his career year. Sale logged just over 208 innings while striking out the most batters in the AL (274) and maintaining the league's best FIP (2.73) as a starter. Projections have him increasing his wins and improving his ratios in 2016 considering the statistically-evident bad luck he faced last season.
