Brian McCann exits game with knee injury

Brian McCann exited Sunday's Spring Training game after he was hit on the knee trying to catch a pitch from C.C. Sabathia. The knee reportedly stiffened, and McCann was removed as a precaution. After the game manager Joe Girardi told reporters that it wasn't expected to be a significant issue. (Jack Curry on Twitter)

This is something to monitor, but it seems like it's nothing to be overly worried about. McCann might have continued were this a regular season game. Owners and those considering McCann will want to monitor. More should be known as soon as Monday.
