Lorenzo Cain has a pair of hits against the Rangers

Lorenzo Cain went 2-for-3 with two singles and a RBI against the Royals on Friday.
Fantasy Impact:
Cain made the leap last year, reaching 16 homers (previous high of 7), equaling his high of 28 SB, scoring 101 runs, and driving in 72 (with a .307 average to boot). While some might say that the power at least might regress, Cain's underlying numbers are actually in line with previous years. While Cain only played 61 games in 2012, his IsoP (.153 '12, .171 '15) and G/F rate (0.89 '12, 0.86 '15) do show sustainability. Look for Cain to get his second full slate of AB in 2016, and produce similar numbers to last season (20th OF, 52 overall ADP).
