One mistake dooms Derek Holland, Rangers
by Mitch Cox | Tue, Mar 29th 2:38am EDT
Derek Holland surrendered a game-tying grand slam home run to Justin Turner, and the Rangers went on to give up the winning run in the bottom of the ninth inning, falling to the Dodgers 5-4 tonight.
Fantasy Impact:
Holland allowed six hits, walked one and struck out two. But after giving up back-to-back singles in the bottom of the fifth, Holland appeared to escape the threat when he induced a made-to-order double play ball to third. However, the ball was booted, and one out later, Turner launched a Holland fastball well over the center field fence.
