Dexter Fowler has three hits and a walk in Chicago Cubs season opener

Dexter Fowler scored the first run in Monday night's season opener against the Angels, a lead the Cubs added to frequently throughout the game. He went 3-for-4 with three runs scored and a walk in the Cubs' 9-0 victory.

Fowler performed as well as Cubs fans could have hoped to get from their leadoff hitter on Opening Day. If Dexter can stay healthy, expect him to be rounding the bases quite often this season with a powerful and talented Cubs lineup behind him.
