Brandon Phillips was held out of the Reds' lineup Wednesday due to a stomach bug, and he's not in the team's lineup for Thursday in their finale against the Phillies. (John Fay on Twitter)

It seems this is 'only' a stomach bug, so there shouldn't be a lingering issue. Owners will want to monitor his status for the team's weekend series. Since Thursday is an early start, it would seem that he should be good to go for the weekend, but nothing has been announced.
