When you get on base good things happen and that is not a point that is lost on Bautista, who has scored five times already this season. He struck out on Sunday, and has eight strikeouts on the young season, but his 1.167 OPS, three extra-base hits, and four RBI show that his patience has bred power. He is a top-20 player in mixed leagues that count batting average and a fringe top-10 player in leagues that count OBP or OPS because of his elite walk totals.
