Wade Miley receives a loss in his first start at Safeco Field

Despite an impressive 7:0 K:BB, Miley was roughed up for six runs on ten hits through six innings, including a three-run homer off the bat of Texas Ranger Adrian Beltre.
Fantasy Impact:
To his credit, Miley managed to make it through six innings and his mostly clean peripherals may have delivered some fantasy owners a respectable plug-in performance, particularly for a losing effort. Nonetheless, the Mariners were shutout and continue to struggle offensively, limiting any Seattle pitcher's ceiling.
