Mike Fiers earns first win of season

Mike Fiers pitched 5 2/3 innings against the Detroit Tigers on Saturday earning a win. Fiers allowed seven hits and four earned runs in the outing. Fiers did strike out five batters.
Fantasy Impact:
It wasn't a great outing for Fiers, but luckily the Astros bullpen didn't allow any more runs once he was relieved. Three of the Tigers seven hits were homeruns. There were positives for Fiers in the fact that he didn't walk any batters and struck out almost one batter per inning. You can expect Fiers to improve as the season progresses.
