Evan Longoria goes 2-for-5 in Rays loss

Evan Longoria went 2-for-5 with a double in the Rays' 6-3 loss to the Yankees on Friday night.
Fantasy Impact:
Longoria hit the double off C.C. Sabathia in this one, but was unable to drive in any runs or score. While his batting average is down compared to last April (.269 in '16 vs .293 in '15) his fantasy owners will certainly take the three home runs he's hit thus far (one in April '15). He's also had a bump in ISO, in addition to having an improved hard-contact rate. With Corey Dickerson hitting behind him, and OBP machine Logan Forsythe hitting in front, Longoria could have the opportunity to put up higher counting stats than we've grown accustom to these last few years.
