Ryan Howard continues to hit below .200 for the season

The Phillies are playing solid baseball, sitting with a 9-9 record this season. One player who has struggled for the most part is Ryan Howard, who went 1-for-4 on Saturday, but is batting just .196 for the season.
Fantasy Impact:
Howard is not drawing walks and although has displayed some power, isn't doing enough on a consistent basis to warrant every day playing time in most leagues. He can still be a power threat against certain right-handed pitchers, so owners can pick and choose their spots to play him.
