Logan Forsythe goes yard, stays hot out of the lead off spot in Rays win

by Mike Werner | Sun, May 1st 4:09am EDT

Logan Forsythe continued his hot-hitting ways against the Blue Jays on Saturday, going 3-for-3 with a home run, two RBI, and a walk.

Fantasy Impact:

Forsythe laced a single in the third inning to drive in Kevin Kiermaier and ripped a solo-homer in the seventh inning to tie the game at three. He has hits in 10 of-his-last 12 games, with seven of them being of the multi-hit variety. The 29-year old second baseman has taken kindly to batting lead off, evidenced by his .341/.426/.610 line with four home runs, 10 RBI, and three stolen bases. Forsythe ended 2015 as a top-10 option at the position and this year looks like it won't be much different.
