Another gem for A.J. Griffin

A.J. Griffin allowed just three hits and one run over six innings of work in the Rangers' 2-1 win over Toronto Monday. Griffin walked two and struck out nine but did not figure in the decision.
Fantasy Impact:
Griffin has simply been outstanding for the Rangers since winning the fifth spot in the rotation. He lowered his ERA to 2.32 and has an even 1.00 WHIP to go along with a 3-0 record. He is still only owned in 30% of Yahoo leagues. The big issues is who is the odd man out when Yu Darvish returns. Certainly, Griffin has done everything to keep one of the slots in the rotation.
