After a decent start through three games (3.50 ERA), Niese has seen his ERA balloon up to 5.08 due to two back-to-back shaky outings. Well, the hot-hitting Cubs aren't going to make his life any easier. Niese has a strong hitting team behind him, but is better off on the bench for this matchup; the recent string of play and opponent makes him a risky option. Oh, and he versus Jake Arrieta, too.
