Kenley Jansen tallies one out save

by Dustin Fairchild | Red Sox Correspondent | Wed, May 4th 2:28am EDT

Jansen entered Tuesday's game with the bases loaded and a five run lead. He exited the game after facing one batter and locking down his tenth save of the season. Jansen forced pinch hitter Corey Dickerson to hit a lazy fly ball to left field, putting an end to a potential rally by the Tampa Bay Rays.

Fantasy Impact:

Jansen now leads the entire MLB with ten saves. He is also 10-for-10 in save opportunities while sporting a tidy 0.82 ERA and 0.55 WHIP, with his lone earned run coming in a non-save situation. As expected Jansen is one of the top closers in the game in 2016. Look for him to continue his impressive start well into the dog days of Summer.
