Tim Lincecum threw 41 pitches in front of 20 MLB teams during his showcase this week. The 31-year-old is seeking another shot with a major league team, preferably in a starting role. (MLB.com)
Fantasy Impact:
It's unclear how much interest there will be as a result of the showcase, and it's also TBD what Lincecum's role would be with a new team. He could require time in the minors, and even then he could be added to the bullpen instead of a starting rotation. Owners should take a wait and see approach with The Freak, but it's certainly intriguing, if nothing else.
