Aroldis Chapman gets save number three
by Craig Rosenkrantz | Pirates Correspondent | Mon, May 16th 9:08am EDT
Aroldis Chapman pitched the 9th inning out of the bullpen giving up no hits and got save number three in a 7-5 win over the White Sox.
Fantasy Impact:
Aroldis Chapman on the season has a 2.25 ERA with three saves and five strikeouts. For the first time in four appearances as a Yankee, Chapman didn't strike anyone out, but expect outings like this to be the exception and not the norm for the flame-throwing Cuban. With their trio of dominant late-inning relievers now together and the offense showing signs of life, Chapman should be handed plenty of leads to protect going forward.
