Better results, but still a loss for Derek Holland

Derek Holland allowed just three hits and two runs over six innings of work, but the Rangers could manage little offense against A's rookie Sean Manaea as they fell to Oakland 3-1. Holland walked one and struck out one in watching his record fall to 3-3.
Fantasy Impact:
Despite the loss, Monday's performance was a huge improvement over Holland's last two outings where he didn't even last until the third inning. The Rangers lack of pop against a pitcher with an ERA entering the contest over 11.00 has to be frustrating for Holland, but he should be thrilled with the overall results.
