Fantasy Impact:
It was earlier reported that the Angels would be willing to give Lincecum a shot as a starter, while other teams, including his former club the Giants, would view The Freak more as a RP. He would be able to generate more value as a SP, but he's still not a lock for fantasy relevance considering his poor showings over the past several seasons.
