Logan Morrison stays hot, steals a base in Rays win

by Mike Werner | Sat, May 21st 1:37am EDT

Logan Morrison went 1-for-2 with a run scored, an RBI, two walks, and a stolen base in the Rays 7-5 win over the Tigers on Friday.

Fantasy Impact:

After an awful month of April where Morrison hit .100/.156/.133 with no home runs or RBI, he's finally started to heat up a bit. He's currently riding a four-game hitting streak, going 7-for-12 with his first home run, a stolen base, four runs scored, and his first four RBI of the season. He won't be viable for 12-team, or 15-team Mixed Leagues at any point this season, but could find a way to be productive in an AL-Only. Morrison should be in the lineup tomorrow against RHP Michael Fulmer.
