Curtis Granderson

Curtis Granderson with a three-game hit streak

by Reggie Beltran | Tue, May 24th 6:50am EDT

Granderson continues to show signs of life, as he had a productive game against lefty starter Gio Gonzalez. He finished 2-for4 with a run scored and a strikeout.

Fantasy Impact:

Granderson has been awful lately with a .207 average for the year. However, he does have a healthy .421 slugging percentage. If and when he does turn it around, he could put up some gaudy power numbers. The Mets will need him to step up with lefty slugger Lucas Duda on the sidelines for the next six weeks. Granderson has a platoon advantage on Tuesday, but it's against Nationals ace Stephen Strasburg.
