The Phillies fell for the fourth straight game, losing to the Nationals by the score of 4-3. Carlos Ruiz continues to struggle, going 0-for-3 with two strikeouts. He is now 0-for-21 over his last six games and is batting .22 for the season.
Fantasy Impact:
After a red-hot start, Ruiz is just 7-for-41 in May with only one RBI. Ruiz likely won't see any action the rest of the series versus the Nationals. He'll give Cameron Rupp some time off this weekend, but the way Ruiz is swinging the bat lately, is not a good fantasy option.
