Felix Hernandez may miss more time than 15-day DL indicates

According to the Mariners' beat reporter, Hernandez has yet to start throwing again since hitting the DL, retroactive to May 28th for a "strained calf." James Paxton is expected to continue to fill his spot in the rotation. (Ryan Divish on Twitter)

If this is the case, it is likely owners may be without Hernandez for another couple weeks. If a strained calf is truly the extent of the injury, there's likely not much more to fear, but this is concerning, and owners will likely just have to wait and see. This would be an all-time low to buy Hernandez at if you are willing to take the risk.
