Gio Gonzalez has fallen apart

Gio Gonzalez has allowed 18 earned runs over his last three starts (15 2/3 innings), seeing ERA skyrocket from 1.86 to 3.94. Gonzalez does have 21 strikeouts against only four walks in those three starts, but has also allowed five of his eight home runs this season in his last three games. He will face the White Sox on Thursday.
Fantasy Impact:
Once seen as a rehabilitated ace, Gonzalez has been a disappointment in his three consecutive losses and could now be only a streaming option. He is also only 3-4 this season, unable to earn wins while he was pitching well, even though he has struck out seven or more batters in three of his last five starts .Current White Sox batters have 61 at-bats against Gonzalez and the Nationals' left-hander has limited them to a .611 OPS.
