Montero went 1-for-3 with a walk. He scored a run on the way to a 8-1 victory for the Cubs.
Fantasy Impact:
He will continue to get playing time and could turn it around as his career numbers are much better. With David Ross playing his last season, Montero will continue to relieve him for the immediate future. The bigger threat comes in the future as Willson Contreras is looking very good in Triple-A and represents the likely future for the Cubs.
