Jason Kipnis gets on base twice on Thursday

Jason Kipnis finished 1-for-4 with a walk and an RBI on Thursday, giving him hits in seven of his last 10 games. Unfortunately for fantasy owners, most of Kipnis' contests have been one-hit affairs, and he only has a .250 batting average in June. Kipnis has a .734 OPS this season.
Fantasy Impact:
A lot of Kipnis' recent issues stem from the fact that he has struck out 54 times in 58 games this season, showing that he is not seeing the ball well. He only has two multi-hit games in his last 12 games and three extra-base hits this month. Kipnis is 4-for-16 with a double against the Angels' starter on Friday, Hector Santiago, and only has a .560 OPS against left-handed pitchers.
