Doug Fister went seven strong innings allowing two runs on four hits fanning five batters. The Astros beat the Angels 10-7.

Fister won his seventh consecutive decision to improve to 8-3 on the season. He owns a 3.21 ERA and a 1.20 WHIP in 87 IP this year. He has easily been the most consistent pitcher out of the rotation for Houston, and there are no signs it won't continue through the season. While his ownership rate is high, if he is available in your league, the time is now to scoop him up.
