Justin Verlander was solid for seven innings on Tuesday, allowing just two earned runs on six hits and a walk, striking out five. The only damage was a Kyle Seager two-run HR in the sixth inning.
Fantasy Impact:
Verlander has righted the ship that was his rough start to the season and is now 7-5 with a 3.78 ERA, with a small 1.07 WHIP. He's also still punching batters out, with at least five strikeouts in his last nine games.
