Bryce Harper struggles with Julio Urias

Bryce Harper way have a west-coast nemesis in Julio Urias. Harper was 0-for-5 on Wednesday with a pair of strikeouts versus the tough lefty.
Fantasy Impact:
Harper is struggling with lefties in 2016. He's batting .239 against them with three HR and 15 RBI, striking out 19 times in 71 at bats. Versus righties, Harper is hitting .258 (not significantly better) but has 12 HR, 28 RBI and 47 walks. This might be a small sample size, but it seems Harper is having difficulty identifying pitches versus LHPs.
