Carlos Ruiz gets two hits in loss to Giants

The Phillies got 12 hits on Sunday, yet fell to the Giants by the score of 8-7. Carlos Ruiz, who started for Cameron Rupp, had a solid game, going 2-for-4 with two RBI. Ruiz raised his batting average to .226 for the season.
Fantasy Impact:
Ruiz has a .317 on-base percentage and a mediocre .657 OPS. He is staring only about a third of the games and likely wont be back in the lineup until the middle or late this week. Ruiz has very little fantasy value at this stage of his career.
