Hanley Ramirez leaves game with injury

Hanley Ramirez left Wednesday's game with a right side injury and is day-to-day, the Boston Herald's Mike Silverman reports. He injured himself on a violent swing midway through Wednesday's game and stayed in for a bit before being replaced by Travis Shaw at first base. Ramirez finished 0-for-3 at the plate.
