Carlos Gomez tacks on another RBI Wednesday

During Wednesday afternoon's 10-4 series sweeping victory over the Los Angeles Angels, Carlos Gomez got another center field start. He went 1-for-4 with a RBI single. While also tallying a pair of line outs, a strikeout and a drawn walk, Gomez holds to a .227 batting average and .626 OPS on the season.
Fantasy Impact:
This 42nd ranked outfielder in fantasy leagues has made some great strides in recent games, averaging .321 (18-for-56) over the past 15 contests. However, owners should be weary off his recent free swings that have caused him to strikeout eight times over the last seven of those same games. He still has the defensive prowess with the glove, but Gomez still needs plenty to be desired with that bat.
