Sergio Romo is set to pitch in back-to-back minor league rehab games on Thursday and Friday. He's been sidelined by an elbow injury since April. (Andrew Baggarly on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
This would indicate that Romo could be ready to rejoin the Giants very soon. It's been a tough start for Romo, who was initially expected to miss much less than the time he's been sidelined due to the injury. Still, it's good to see that he's recovering to the point of pitching in back-to-back games.
