Justin Verlander submits vintage outing versus the Rays

Justin Verlander was excellent on Saturday, going seven strong innings, allowing only two runs (one earned) on four hits and a walk. Verlander struck out eight Rays batters.
Fantasy Impact:
Verlander improved to 8-6 with the win, lowering his ERA to a 4.11 mark. He's been quite good of late aside from allowing eight runs to the red-hot Cleveland Indians earlier in the week. He gets the Blue Jays next in Toronto, where he threw his no-hitter in 2011.
